All ABCALIS® Antibodies are made in vitro by animal-free recombinant methods (phage display). 

All our antibodies are of completely defined composition, as the encoding DNA sequence of all components in known. This assures  always identical results, unlimited long-term availability and therefore true reproducibility.

All antibody products are recombinantly produced in animal-serum free media by human HEK293 cell culture and purified from the supernatant by Protein A affinity chromatography. 

All prices are in Euro and are given without german VAT (Umsatzsteuer).

 
 
 

Monoclonal recombinant antibody Hyper-Myc is an improved engineered anti-myc tag antibody. It has performed with better results in direct comparison to hybridoma antibody 9E10 (anti-c-myc-tag) that shares the same epitope. It is further thoroughly characterized by cross reactivity profiling on 28895 human epitopes showing higher specificity and increased monovalent affinity (KD= 17nM). Further, it provides the additional choice to be detected with either anti-rabbit Fc , anti-human Fc or anti-Mouse Fc secondary antibodies (See products ABC0501, ABC0502 and ABC0503.

whole Legionella pneumophila cells strains, in particular highly pathogenic strains Corby, Philadelphia-1 and Knoxville, lower reaction with L. pneumophila W06.1272 and Legionella micadei

No cross reactivity observed with  C. freundii,  E.coli, K. aerogenes, P. aeruginosa, R.planticola, C. bifermentans and C. perfringens. 

The LPS is still recognised after heat treatment, freeze/thaw-cycles or formaldehyde treatment of the Legionella pneumophila cells.
